Your refund options

When you create your return, you choose how you’d like to be reimbursed:

Store credit — no restocking fee and no return shipping fee.
Refund to your original payment method — subject to a 2.5% restocking fee, plus the return shipping label fee.

What can be returned

Items must be in saleable condition and returned within 30 days after delivery of your package. Please have a packing slip, invoice, or order confirmation ready when you start your return.

A few things to know:

Clearance items — final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Altered merchandise — we are unable to accept returns on altered items.
International orders — returns are not available for international orders.
Shipping charges — original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How returns and refunds work

Start your return. Use our online returns portal or contact customer care. You’ll receive a Return Number (also called an RMA number) and can purchase a return shipping label for $11.95 via UPS & FedEx.
Pack it up. Enclose a copy of your packing slip or invoice, and write your Return Number clearly on the outside of the package. Returns without a Return Number cannot be processed and will be returned to you unopened.
Ship it within 15 days. Once you’ve started your return, you have up to 15 days to send the package back.
We process your return. Please allow 2–4 weeks once your return merchandise has been received. We’ll then issue your store credit, or your refund to the original payment method (less the 2.5% restocking fee and the return label fee). Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the funds.

Added Free Returns at checkout? You’ll receive a free shipping label for your return — no label fee.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — it can take some time before a refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there’s often processing time before a refund shows up. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at customercare@silverts.com and we’ll look into it.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If that happens, please contact customer care right away at 1-800-387-7088 so we can get a replacement to you.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return — once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will go to the gift giver, and they will know about your return.
